Join us over the next four and a half months as we bring you a whopping over 100,000-word project, filled with deep history and amazing facts on 93 football grounds which, perhaps, you never knew existed!

From 14 October 2025, until February 2026, TheAwayEnd will be conquering our biggest project yet as we feature the history of over 90 different football stadiums from across the four top Divisions which makes up the English Premier League as well as the Football League and, of course, our national stadium, Wembley Stadium.

We cover 4 different leagues, which include: Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two.

Our project begins tomorrow, on the 14th October, starting with the 'Theatre of Dreams,' Manchester United, and will delve deep into how football stadiums have changed over time and how certain influences have shaped the modern game.

We have gone to great lengths to prepare and fact-check the information on this website. Although we cannot guarantee that everything is correct, if that is the case, let us know and we’ll correct it.

Following the conclusion of this project, we, more than likely, will begin featuring other stadiums from across the United Kingdom and Ireland, before moving onto non-league football!
